Providing that certain volunteers for centers for independent living do not have to undergo background screening; requiring that a specified agreement be maintained; renaming the James Patrick Memorial Work Incentive Personal Attendant Services Program as the James Patrick Memorial Work Incentive Personal Attendant Services and Employment Assistance Program; requiring the association, in consultation with the advisory group, to adopt and revise certain policies and procedures, etc.
