Summary

Providing that a person must be a state-approved supplemental educational services provider to offer supplemental educational services in this state; requiring the Department of Education to create an external complaint procedure in which parents or a public school may file with the school district a complaint against a state-approved supplemental educational services provider; requiring each school district to use funding for supplemental academic instruction to provide summer school programs for certain students in kindergarten through grade 12, etc.
