Summary

Provides that certain affidavits in Title IV-D child support cases need not allege default in payments. Provides for the payment of paternity or support obligations by income deduction to avoid the suspension of the obligor's driver's license and motor vehicle registration. Permits a caregiver to state in an affidavit or written declaration information regarding a child's putative father in order to enable the Department of Revenue to commence an administrative proceeding to establish paternity or paternity and child support, etc.
