Authorizing the Department of Health or the Agency for Health Care Administration, as applicable, to grant exemptions from disqualification for service provider personnel to work solely in certain treatment programs and facilities; revising provisions relating to background checks and exemptions from disqualification for certain service provider personnel; requiring recovery residences to comply with specified Florida Fire Prevention Code provisions; revising background screening requirements for owners, directors, and chief financial officers of recovery residences, etc.
