Summary

Increases the assessments imposed on hospital inpatient and outpatient services and deposited into the Public Medical Assistance Trust Fund. Provides flexibility for nursing home facilities with respect to meeting minimum staffing requirements. Requires community-based providers to assist in the transition of enrollees and cease provision of certain waiver services by a specified date, etc.
