Summary

Requires that the school report card that is delivered to parents in each school district include the district's teacher turnover rate. Creates the Florida Teacher Induction Initiative for the purpose of providing support to new teachers. Requires that districts report the teacher turnover rate to the Commissioner of Education. Requires that a district submit a plan to address its new teacher attrition rate under certain circumstances, etc.
