Summary

Provides for a special election to be held on the date of the presidential preference primary in 2012, pursuant to Section 5 of Article XI of the State Constitution, for the approval or rejection by the electors of this state of amendments to the State Constitution, proposed by joint resolution, to prohibit increases in the assessed value of homestead property if the fair market value of the property decreases, reduce the limitation on annual assessment increases applicable to nonhomestead real property, etc. APPROPRIATION:
