Summary

Authorizes solicitation and sale of interstate health insurance policies in this state by certain persons. Provides a definition. Requires interstate health insurance policies and policy applications to contain a certain notice. Provides for application of certain provisions to certain insurers. Excludes interstate health insurance policies from certain requirements. Exempts interstate health insurance policies and applications from certain Florida Insurance Code provisions. Provides exceptions.
