Summary

Specifies a limited statute of limitations for certain deficiency judgments. Establishes the Florida Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program. Authorizes mortgagees to obtain an extension of the statute of limitations on mortgage deficiencies under certain circumstances. Authorizes mortgagees to offer mortgagors opportunities to participate in the program. Provides for continued participation in the program after certain deadlines, etc.
