Summary

Exempts certain veterans' organizations from requirements to file registration statements with the DOACS. Defines the term "service-disabled veteran" for purposes of the Florida Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Opportunity Act. Revises eligibility requirements for residency in the Veterans' Domiciliary Home of Florida and for admittance into a licensed health care facility operated by the FDVA.
