Summary
Deletes the requirement that an employee leasing company obtain approval of the Board of Employee Leasing Companies before changing the name or location of a company. Provides that board approval is not required before the purchase or acquisition of a company if a controlling person in the company is licensed. Provides that failure to timely pay a license renewal fee subjects the licensee to disciplinary action, etc.
