Summary

Authorizes the chief judge of a circuit court to assign certain duties to the court administrator which are otherwise assigned to the clerk of court by law. Authorizes the chief judge of a circuit court to designate the court administrator to perform certain duties relating to the selection of jurors if funding is received from any source for that purpose.
