Summary

Provides minimum staffing level requirements for the ratio of direct care registered nurses to patients in a health care facility. Prohibits the imposition of mandatory overtime and certain other actions by a health care facility. Prohibits the use of video cameras or monitors by a health care facility as a substitute for the required level of care, etc.
