Summary

Authorizes certain licensed security officers to detain certain individuals until the arrival of a law enforcement officer. Authorizes limited searches of certain persons when a licensed security officer has probable cause to believe that the person is armed with a dangerous weapon. Defines the term "probable cause" for the purpose of temporarily detaining a person suspected of having committed a crime, etc.
