Summary

Requires the OTTED to contract with the state's international volunteer corps to provide certain relief activities for the people of Haiti. Requires that such activities be conducted by volunteers with certain qualifications. Directs the international volunteer corps to raise public and private funding to support such activities. Authorizes the international volunteer corps to establish certain partnerships and build long-term relationships, etc. APPROPRIATION: $2,000,000.
