Summary

Deletes the requirement for an assisted living facility to obtain an additional license in order to provide limited nursing services. Deletes the requirement for the AHCA to conduct quarterly monitoring visits of facilities that hold a license to provide extended congregate care services. Deletes the requirement for the AHCA to conduct monitoring visits at least twice a year to facilities providing limited nursing services, etc.
