HB 1105

1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Barefoot Bay Recreation District,
3	Brevard County; authorizing the Barefoot Bay Recreation
4	District to use the provisions of s. 720.305, F.S., for
5	the purpose of enforcing its governing documents in the
6	same manner as homeowners' associations; providing
7	exceptions to general law; providing an effective date.

9	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11	Section 1. Notwithstanding section 720.302, Florida
12	Statutes, or any law to the contrary, the Barefoot Bay
13	Recreation District is authorized to use the provisions of
14	section 720.305, Florida Statutes, for the purpose of enforcing
15	its governing documents in the same manner as homeowners'
16	associations.
17	Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
