1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to dangerous fires; repealing s. 877.15,
3	F.S., relating to the failure to control or report
4	dangerous fire in certain circumstances; providing an
5	effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1.  Section 877.15, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
10	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
