3	Initiative; repealing s. 288.386, F.S., relating to the
4	Florida-Caribbean Basin Trade Initiative; providing an

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1.  Section 288.386, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
10	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
