    1                   A reviser’s bill to be entitled                 
    2         An act relating to the Florida Statutes; amending ss.
    3         400.9981, 408.0512, and 517.141, F.S., to conform to
    4         the directive of the Legislature in section 9 of
    5         chapter 2012-116, Laws of Florida, codified as section
    6         11.242(5)(j), Florida Statutes, to prepare a reviser’s
    7         bill to omit all statutes and laws, or parts thereof,
    8         which grant duplicative, redundant, or unused
    9         rulemaking authority; providing an effective date.
   10          
   11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   12  
   13         Section 1. Subsection (8) of section 400.9981, Florida
   14  Statutes, is amended to read:
   15         400.9981 Property and personal affairs of clients.—
   16         (8) The agency, by rule, may clarify terms and specify
   17  procedures and documentation necessary to administer the
   18  provisions of this section relating to the proper management of
   19  clients’ funds and personal property and the execution of surety
   20  bonds.
   21         Section 2. Section 408.0512, Florida Statutes, is amended
   22  to read:
   23         408.0512 Electronic health records system adoption loan
   24  program.—
   25         (1) Subject to the availability of eligible donations from
   26  public or private entities and funding made available through s.
   27  3014 of the Public Health Service Act, the agency may operate a
   28  certified electronic health record technology loan fund subject
   29  to a specific appropriation as authorized by the General
   30  Appropriations Act or as provided through the provisions of s.
   31  216.181(11)(a) and (b).
   32         (2) The agency shall adopt rules related to standard terms
   33  and conditions for use in the loan program.
   34         Section 3. Subsection (11) of section 517.141, Florida
   35  Statutes, is amended to read:
   36         517.141 Payment from the fund.—
   37         (11) The commission may adopt rules pursuant to ss.
   38  120.536(1) and 120.54 specifying procedures for complying with
   39  this section, including rules for the form of submission and
   40  guidelines for the sufficiency and content of submissions of
   41  notices and claims.
   42         Reviser’s note.—This act amends provisions of the Florida
   43         Statutes pursuant to the directive of the Legislature in s.
   44         9, ch. 2012-116, Laws of Florida, codified as s.
   45         11.242(5)(j), Florida Statutes, to prepare a reviser’s bill
   46         to omit all statutes and laws, or parts thereof, which
   47         grant duplicative, redundant, or unused rulemaking
   48         authority.
   49         Section 4. This act shall take effect on the 60th day after
   50  adjournment sine die of the session of the Legislature in which
   51  enacted.
