    3         An act relating to onsite sewage treatment and
    4         disposal systems; amending s. 381.0065, F.S.; delaying
    5         the effective date of the prohibition against the land
    6         application of septage from onsite sewage treatment
    7         and disposal systems; providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Subsection (6) of section 381.0065, Florida
   12  Statutes, is amended to read:
   13         381.0065 Onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems;
   14  regulation.—
   15         (6) LAND APPLICATION OF SEPTAGE PROHIBITED.—Effective
   16  January 1, 2020 2016, the land application of septage from
   17  onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems is prohibited.
   18         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2014.
