    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to the composition of the Multi-use
    3         Corridors of Regional Economic Significance Program;
    4         amending s. 338.2278, F.S.; removing a certain
    5         regional corridor terminus from the program; providing
    6         an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section
   11  338.2278, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
   12         338.2278 Multi-use Corridors of Regional Economic
   13  Significance Program.—
   14         (2) The program is composed of all of the following
   15  corridors:
   16         (b) Suncoast Connector, extending from Citrus County to
   17  Jefferson County.
   18         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.
