    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to taxes on
    3         purchases made through private-label credit card
    4         programs; providing legislative intent; providing an
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to taxes on purchases made through private-label credit card
   11  programs.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2023.
