    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to foreign
    3         investments by the State Board of Administration;
    4         providing legislative intent; providing an effective
    5         date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to foreign investments by the State Board of Administration.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2024.
