Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 6 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to driving on right side of roadway, overtaking and passing, and following too closely, so as to prohibit the operation of certain vehicles on certain highways that qualify as dangerous; to provide for a definition; to require the installation by the Department of Transportation of official traffic-control devices at the entrance and upon such highways; to provide for violation and punishment; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
