A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 4 of Title 1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to holidays and observances, so as to establish "Irish Heritage and History Month"; to provide for legislative findings; to encourage observances and celebrations of "Irish Heritage and History Month"; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
