A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 43-41-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to definitions relative to residential and general contractors, so as to change the definition of the term "residential contractor" by raising the dollar amount cap of the activity or work to be performed; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
