Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 25 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Georgia Technology Authority, so as to require the implementation of a state-wide website for all individuals, businesses, and legal entities to upload documentation in support of applications and submissions to state agencies; to require state agencies to utilize such website in reviewing applications and other submissions; to provide for applicability; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
