Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Titles 34 and 45 of the O.C.G.A., relating to labor and industrial relations and public officers and employees, respectively, so as to provide for changes related to employment in this state; to prohibit retaliation against employees who follow workplace safety laws, rules, or regulations; to provide for a civil cause of action and certain relief and costs for any such retaliation; to enact the "Temporary Workers Bill of Rights Act"; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and for applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
