L. 1971, p. 3919), as amended, particularly by an Act approved January 29, 1988 (Ga. L. 1988, p. 3501), so as to revise a provision relating to the time to appoint a member to a vacancy on the board; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
