Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 16-5-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to voluntary manslaughter, so as to exclude the discovery or disclosure of an individual's sexual orientation or gender identity as being serious provocation in the context of voluntary manslaughter; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
