Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions related to the General Assembly, so as to provide for cardiopulmonary training to be offered to members and staff of the General Assembly and members of the Capitol Police Division; to provide for costs and expenses; to provide for the Legislative Services Committee to select the provider of such training; to provide for such committee to designate a cardiopulmonary resuscitation practitioner to be responsible for each floor of the state capitol building and the Paul D. Coverdell Legislative Office Building; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
