A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 5 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to campaign contributions, so as to abolish leadership committees; to provide for the distribution of funds from existing committees; to provide for certain reports; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
