Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 9 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to consent for surgical or medical treatment, so as to prohibit pelvic examinations on an anesthetized or unconscious female patient without consent or a court order except in cases of emergency; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
