A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 29 of Title 43 of the O.C.G.A., relating to dispensing opticians, so as to exempt from licensure an employee of a licensed physician or optometrist who is under the direct or real-time supervision of a licensed optician; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
