A BILL to amend Article 6 of Chapter 5 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to programs and protection for children, so as to create a prevention program within the Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Children Services relating to reducing crime and further engaging fathers to be better parents; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
