Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 31 of the O.C.G.A., relating health, so as to extensively revise informed consent requirements under the "Woman's Right to Know Act"; to provide for an informed consent authorization form and its contents; to revise reporting requirements; to provide for civil penalties and a private right of action under the "Woman's Right to Know Act"; to provide extensive requirements relating to the use of abortion-inducing drugs; to provide for definitions; to provide extensive reporting requirements; to prohibit abortion-inducing drugs in school facilities or on state property; to provide for criminal penalties; to provide for civil remedies and professional sanctions; to provide for related matters; to provide for legislative findings; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
