Amend
SB 493 (LC 28 6175) by inserting after
"circumstances;" on
line 3 the
following:
to provide for the crime of carrying a firearm while intoxicated;
to provide for the crime of carrying a firearm while intoxicated;
By
replacing "a new Code Section"
on line 14
with "two new Code sections".
By
deleting the quotation mark at the end of line 36 and by inserting between lines
36 and 37 the following:
"16-11-137.
A
person whose alcohol concentration is .08 grams or more at any time within three
hours after carrying a firearm shall be guilty of carrying a firearm while
intoxicated and shall upon conviction be guilty of a
misdemeanor."
