Summary

Requires multiple terms of imprisonment imposed on a defendant who is already subject to an unexpired term of imprisonment that was imposed prior to 6/18/2008 to run concurrently unless the terms are mandated by the court or statute to run consecutively. Authorizes multiple terms of imprisonment imposed on or after the effective date of this Act to run concurrently unless the terms are mandated by the court or statute to run consecutively.
