Summary
Requires accident and health or sickness insurance, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations to comply with federal laws. Requires the Insurance Commissioner to enforce consumer protections and market reforms, as set forth in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, that relate to insurance. (HB1046 HD1)
