Summary

Authorizes the Department of Health and the counties to use electronic devices to trap and remove feral chickens. Establishes fines for interfering with the trapping or removal of feral chickens. Requires the Department of Health to establish and operate a feral chicken complaint hotline. Appropriates moneys.
