Summary
Prohibits the sale of salvia divinorum and any of its byproducts, including salvinorin A, to minors under the age of 18. Requires those who sell salvia divinorum or salvinorin A to include warning labels informing consumers of possible side effects of salvia divinorum and salvinorin A.
