Summary
Prohibits the use of a mobile telephone while driving unless equipped with a hands-free accessory and used in the hands-free mode. Prohibits transit and school bus drivers from using cellular phones whenever their vehicle is in motion. Effective 07/01/2020. (HB143 HD1)
