Summary

Prohibits the remote sale and distribution of cigarettes and tobacco products, including electronic smoking devices, to any person in the State other than a licensed wholesaler or dealer or a permit-holding tobacco product retailer. Makes violation of the prohibition a class C felony. (HB1495 HD1)
