Summary

Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, requires each public, private, and charter school in the State to establish a program within the health education curriculum for high school students to provide instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Specifies instruction requirements. Waives liability for instruction under certain circumstances.
