Summary
Requires motor vehicle insurance companies to issue insurance cards with a magnetic strip or microchip to allow retail service stations to determine whether a gasoline purchaser's motor vehicle insurance is current. Requires the insurance commissioner to adopt rules to implement the requirement, including exemptions.
