Summary

Prohibits the issuance of future large capacity underground fuel storage tanks mauka of the applicable underground injection control line. Prohibits the operation of and renewal of permits for large capacity underground fuel storage tank permits located mauka of the applicable underground injection control line beginning 1/1/2045. Effective 7/1/2060. (HD2)
