Summary
Renames the organ and tissue education special fund to the organ and tissue support and education special fund and permits use of the fund to establish a nonprofit organ transplant center. Imposes a $1 fee for any new or renewed driver's license to be deposited into the fund and to be repealed on 12/31/2015. Transfers $500,000 from the emergency medical services special fund to the organ and tissue support and education special fund.
