Summary

Requires all members of boards, commissions, and committees to complete training in public agency meetings and information practices within six months of each member's confirmation to the board or commission by the Senate. Establishes a public agency meetings and information practices training course to be administered by the office of information practices in person or in an online format. Specifies that members of boards, commissions, or committees are not required to complete training in lobbying laws. Effective July 1, 2050. (HB2378 HD1)
