Summary
Requires the office of elections to prepare a voter registration guide to be posted on its website or printed and mailed upon request. Requires the office of election to mail a notice with each ballot notifying voters that a digital voter information guide may be found on its website or a physical copy may be mailed upon request. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2112. (HD1)
